A clean and crisp style beer brewed with Organic Malt and Hops to the style of a Bohemian Pilsner. Pilsner base malt with Vienna coloured malt is used to craft this delicious premium Pilsner. Throwing caution to the hot desert wind agave juice has been used in the ferment to dry and temper the malt, so experimental hop NZH-102 can dominate with tropical fruit and blueberry notes. Small additions of mosaic, simcoe and nelson sauvin complement in the production of this big juicy hazy.

This opaque, cross-country juggernaut matches an East Coast yeast style to West Coast hops and refuses to filter the results.
