Lindauer Special Reserve is a drier style wine with a vibrant gold colour. The high proportion of Pinot Noir adds weight, flavour and depth of colour. Pale pink coralish color, expressive nose with fresh red fruits and yellow fruits (peach) and a citrus touch. The aromatic palate has a beautiful red fruits and citrus expression and ends on a supple and greedy note.

Ripe scents of dark cherry and plum with a high level of complexity; liquorice, herb and some delicate florals, very classy oak which is sitting at a really nice level offering terrific support. Delicious, vivid, ripe and sweet fruit in the core, framed by fine and silky tannins. An abundance of intensity but delivered with elegance and poise. Match with rolled hogget roast stuffed with sweetbreads and served with jus gras and crispy agria potatoes.
